DareDive

Music apps that feel like instruments.

We build music software and apps for phones, tablets, desktops and the browser: creative tools, learning apps and apps that connect to instruments and hardware.

What we build.

Musicians notice every millisecond. We build on low-latency audio engines and test with players, so taps, knobs and keys feel immediate and the app keeps up with the music.

Creative music apps

Sequencers, samplers, synths, loopers and beat makers for mobile, desktop and the web.

Learning and practice apps

Apps that listen to you play, give feedback and make practice something people come back to.

MIDI and controller apps

Editors, mappers and companion apps for controllers, over USB, Bluetooth and network MIDI.

Hardware companion software

Apps, firmware links and update tools for instruments and devices, from our background in electronics and embedded systems.

Audio engines

Cross-platform, low-latency audio cores that drive your app on every platform with the same sound.

AI in music tools

Smart features such as stem separation, tagging, generation assistance and analysis, built where they genuinely help.

How we work.

  1. Listen

A short call to understand what people should hear, see and feel, and what success looks like for you.

  2. Prototype

The core idea built first, rough but real, so you can hear it and try it early and decide with confidence.

  3. Build

Engineering for the real world: performance, stability, every target platform and the polish people notice.

  4. Launch and support

Release, installers or on-site setup, a clean handover and support after launch.

Questions, answered.

Do you build music apps for both iOS and Android?

Yes, along with Windows, macOS and the web. Where low latency matters we share one native audio engine across platforms.

Can the app connect to our instrument or hardware?

Yes. We work with USB, Bluetooth and network MIDI, custom protocols and firmware, and can prototype the electronics side too.

Can you take over or rebuild an existing music app?

Yes. We audit the current code, fix what hurts most first, and plan a rebuild only where it pays off.

Do you add AI features to music software?

Where it helps the musician, yes: analysis, separation, tagging and assisted creation. We avoid AI that gets in the way of playing.

Who will I be working with?
